Verification Policy

1. Two Distinct Verification Indicators

Partner Hub offers two optional profile indicators in the Verification Center. In accordance with our commitment to honest technical claims, we clearly explain what each indicator means:

• Verified Badge (Burgundy & Gold Seal): An optional recurring subscription badge processed securely via Razorpay and PayPal (Awaan Vlog) that highlights a companion's profile in discovery, public profile pages, and messaging. Please create an account or log in to view Verification Badge subscription plans and pricing.
• ID Verified / Document Verified (Gold Shield): Indicates that the member has submitted an Individual Indian PAN card (or official Government ID for international members) that passed our structural validation, name/DOB comparison, uniqueness check, and moderator visual review.

2. How Document Verification & Encryption Work

• Individual Identity Documents Only: For Indian accounts, only 10-character Individual PAN cards (where the 4th character is P) are accepted. International members may submit their valid Government ID for review.
• AES-256-GCM Encryption at Rest: Your uploaded document image, identification number, and legal name are immediately encrypted using AES-256-GCM and stored outside the public web root inside a restricted private vault.
• Duplicate Account Prevention: A deterministic HMAC-SHA256 blind index prevents the same identification document from being used to verify multiple Partner Hub accounts.
• Audited Admin Review & Zero Public Exposure: Your identification number and document image are never displayed publicly on your profile, and every administrative document review is recorded in an immutable security audit log.

3. Important Safety Limitation

Neither the paid Verified Badge nor Document Verification constitutes a law-enforcement background check, character endorsement, or guarantee of offline conduct. Members should always follow our Safety Guidelines when meeting in person.
