Partner Hub by Awaan Vlog provides an online discovery directory and encrypted communication platform for adults (18+). Partner Hub is not an agency, employer, broker, or event organizer. All companions and members act as independent individuals.
2. No Criminal Background Checks or Offline Guarantees
Partner Hub does not conduct criminal background checks, police verifications, or in-person interviews of its members. Even when a profile displays a Verified Badge (optional recurring subscription processed via Razorpay or PayPal; please create an account or log in to view subscription plans) or ID Verified / Document Verified status (encrypted PAN or Government ID review), Partner Hub makes no warranty regarding any member's character, trustworthiness, intentions, or offline behavior. Users are solely responsible for their own safety and offline decisions.
3. Platform Subscriptions vs. Off-Platform Companion Transactions
Platform digital entitlements (Main Account Activation, Verification Badge subscriptions, and Per-Conversation Chat Passes) are billed securely via Razorpay and PayPal (Awaan Vlog). However, Partner Hub charges a 0% platform fee on companion outings and does not collect, hold in escrow, split, or process any payment between companions and hiring members. Any financial transfer between users for social companionship is conducted entirely off-platform at the users' own discretion and risk. Never send money in advance to someone you have not met and verified in person.
4. Technical & Third-Party Service Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we implement strong security primitives (including HTTPS, Argon2id/Bcrypt password hashing, AES-256-GCM document and message encryption, and secure payment processing via Razorpay and PayPal), no internet service can claim to be 100% immune to all possible network interruptions or device-level compromises.
